由于Jane六月要休产假，五月实际上也就几天来上班，所以，她把master data维护的工作转给了我，四月的后几天整天忙得都快不能喘气了，眼睛也花了脑袋也晕了……

 

言归正传，现在就将数日来发生的值得记录的事件记录一下。时间有限，流水文进行中：

 

Town Meeting

话说公司每一个季度都要举行一次全公司员工的会议，交流一下各部门工作的进展情况，展望未来~由于我们Team工作的特殊性，进公司那么久，也就参加过一次。由于这次还安排了午餐，许多人都不想错过，在大家的争取下，终于盼到了十一点坐班车赶去吃午餐的机会。

 

我在结束了自己的工作后便上了车，随车来到上海万豪虹桥大酒店，在三楼享受了一顿非常丰盛的自助午餐。（吃了不少，尤其是那些巧克力慕斯蛋糕，又要胖了，呜呜……）Winnie是在我们吃到一半的时候赶到的，听本以为准备打taxi实际上没有、我们走时工作尚未结束的她讲，门口停着5辆班车任她挑选，再次确认没有落下的人后，她一人坐着几十人座位的“专车”赶往酒店……

 

会议室很大，灯光很黯淡。每个人的桌子上放有一瓶水一些糖果，信纸和一支笔。给她们看了几张mp4中我画的画，Winnie开始怂恿我马上动笔画。于是，一画不可收拾……台上的leaders们津津乐道，台下的Winnie和我两人画笔纷飞，几乎把所有可以想到的好玩的都画了遍。当然，我还piao到前面一排的同事也在涂鸦，咔咔……

 

会议六点才结束，尽管比预计时间晚了很多，不过，整个下午不工作还是很开心，哈哈哈……

 

 

QQ要跳了

就在Town Meeting那天下午，我回到家后看到忘带一天的手机上有圈圈的留言以及一通电话，很着急的要我的Blog地址。非常纳闷那个平时懒得上网的她怎么那么积极的想去偶的地盘捧场，结果是：她马上就有个面试，工作内容和我的不尽相同，想到以前我曾经写过一文描写工作的正好可以参考，所谓知己知彼么~

 

第二天在回家的班车上看到了数条圈某人无比激动的短消息。先是问在哪里，又是说找到了，然后还夸奖俺写的好~~~（哈哈，被表扬了…… +^__^+ ）这个家伙都不肯在文章后面写点评论感想啥的，让我还是比较失望的~~~

关于Master Data

言归正传。这个工作是导致本人这段时间无比忙碌的原因！！！

 

首先我是跑到Jane的位子边，耐心的听她给俺讲述工作的流程，需要注意的点点滴滴。后来就是我看着她操作，如何审查申请然后复查什么的。最后，才两天以后，工作就完全落到我手里~~~

 

刚开始的时候，我不敢独立操作。几乎每个申请都要跑去一过道之隔的Jane那里请教一二。怎奈和来了实习生，Jane要花更多的时间带新，没啥空搭理我这旧人，每次问题一上来我就只好先Pending起来，等到她那边貌似有点空了，赶紧插话过去。经常是在比较空闲的时候将工作积压了，等到比较忙的时候又跑出来一堆东西，如此恶性循环，忙得不可开交……

 

Master Data的申请需要和泰国的同事联系，让偶比较头痛的正是此项。因为刚刚接手，许多东西为什么一定要填，为什么要填成那样都不清楚，而泰国同样初来乍到的的小T常常问一些很“基本”的问题，让偶总是回答不上来……我们这边也经常提出一些闻所未闻的申请，我都无法了解，更不要说给泰国的小T解释了。

 

语言的问题也是个问题。记得和小T用英语几轮交流下来，发现自己无法被understood。和小T讨论一个问题，谈了有数十分钟（多么宝贵的时间啊~~~泰国那边工作一直是下午才有些动静，而那个时候是我们部门最忙的时候……）话题又回到了讨论的原点。最后才知道小T学过中文，对上海非常地了解~用中文和他/她交流的时候我甚至会怀疑他/她是个中国人。不过，他/她的中文词汇量也有局限性，这个时候我们就用中英文交流，^0^

 

P.S. 因为小T的名字太长了，又毫无规律可循，我们只好叫他/她小T。他/她的名字是Thanai姓氏实在太长了，我记不住啊啊啊~~~

 

 

 

好了，就到这里。长远不更新空间，心里过意不去。今天就豁出不小也不太老的命一把，把事件记录一下。

夜已深，还有什么人，会像我着这么执著的打字，更新空间呢~~~

昨晚去karate训练，
给教练骂了，
给教练严重的BS了……

去年十月到现在失踪了快半年，
突然出现在训练的队伍中，
能够逃过责备那是奇怪的。

于是我们跑步，热身，练出拳踢腿，
汗水如瀑布般倾泻而下，可见：
体能弱到了极点……
自己都要BS自己了……

因为比赛临近，
教练没空管我们不比赛的老生，
哇咔咔，昨晚终于逃过实战……
在另外一个教练更加BS的眼神下，
练着基本动作到腿软后，

只能坐在地上听他的谆谆教导：

空手道来自中国，
之前叫空手，
再之前叫唐手，
再再之前叫硫球少林拳，
再之前的前身叫福建少林拳……

最为搞笑的是：
我们一堆万年茶（不考黑一直绑茶带的人）
过来训练的唯一动力居然是：
减肥……咔咔……
昨天见到了一帮长远不来训练的师弟师妹，
一个在读研，一个直升，一个准备研究生复式……
大家都混得不错，让我想起了遥远的以前的学生生涯，
很开心呢，哈哈哈……

痛苦的是：
今天开始全身抽痛不已，
手臂大腿的肌肉剧烈疼痛，
一深呼吸两肋酒痛，
可怜我感冒的人啊，
还不能咳嗽+打喷嚏……
人老了骨头似乎也快散架了……
今天发觉坐着的时候全身痛，
腰严重的直不起来PP也痛得坐不住……

总之，有付出才有收获，就盼着早日恢复体能的那一天了，咔咔……

Wednesday         Sunny

 

What a day!  Jane’s on her annual leave and Elsa attended a very important meeting the whole day, numerous lists came to Winnie and me.  I just could not believe it is the second week of a new accounting month!

 

Winnie would have her annual leave tomorrow.  She begged me to be her backup to make the daily sales report~~~  Thousands of sales information for me to handle and I’m not sure if I would be confused by the complicated channels.  It is really a tough task.  I have to make daily bank collection report and adding a daily sales report would occupy the whole morning.  T—T  So terrible…

 

Archie informed me that Grace would have an interview with CJean as her new secretary.  But, CJean just could not find the time to attend the interview.  Anyway, I found one opportunity for her, if she does not take it, who can force?

 

Well, Sonya decided to choose the only boy among the three candidates for part-time.  Not only because that he’s a boy and there’s no boys in F&A Dept, but also that he had some AR working experience before and most important is that he has lots of time~~~ as a second-year postgraduate.  Anyway, just like what FF said, we would not bully him, we would only leave with him some hardworking things… ^0^

 

When it was 2 minutes to 17:00, I received a call.  It was the time when we finish a day’s work, as the phone rang and rang for so many times, I had to hang it on.  It was from a hunter company.  The guy from the phone would like to have a chat with me.  I do not think it’s the right time to jump ship.  I’m too green and without much experience of working.  I would write back to him tomorrow, the position he recommended in E-mail is not suitable to me.  According to the JD, I can imagine the company won’t be as big as where I work for, so the salary level won’t be higher than I have now.  And then, what’s the point for me to have the jump?

 

It was so interesting to see so many colleagues wearing formal clothes.  As we were informed to wear formal clothes today and tomorrow, everybody in formal clothes just looked like the one who would attend a job interview. ^__^

 

Janet and I chatted by SMS tonight and could not bear her persuading me to go karate training with her tomorrow night, I decided to go with painful body and tough muscles.

Monday          Sunny

 

I had a wonderful sunny leisure and about all, no-working Monday.  Actually, it was my first annual leave day of Y2007, as it was just the second week after the closing day, no working phone came at all.  I did enjoy a wonderful day by watching American TV series at home, in front of my pc of course. ^__^

 

I have to say, I don’t like Sex and the city.  It made me wanna put out the power but as I bought it and in order not to waste money, I calmed down and watched, tried my best to listen to the scrips and the funny dialogues.  I knew most Americans are open, but there must be quite many American guys who think seriously about the sex, on the contrary to those guys in Sex and the city.  Just like most Chinese are conservative but of course there are some who are very open and play sexual games with different people.

 

My father’s youngest sister, who’s my aunt came to our apartment to bring the train tickets to their uncle to go back Wuhan.  As she chatted with my mum, she mentioned that last time, she introduced a boy to my one-ear younger sister.  The boy’s handsome, wealthy and likes my sister.  They broke up for the only reason that he’s not a local shanghainese.  When my sister heard that the boy would get married this Oct., she regretted for her random decision, which was too late.  Most of Shanghainese, including my dear parents disdain those who are not local people.  Thought most of the internal immigrants are talented, brilliant and better than many local guys.  To me, I disdain those who think too much about the others’ background as the standard to make friends with.

 

As my aunt said, she’d like to introduce one bf to me next time if there’s one.  As one of her best friends married to a professor and the professor has many good students… |||-_-  I do not think it’s a good idea.  For me, to be single and to stay a stable life without much change is great.  I hate the way of knowing sb by being introduced, just like that you are the good on sale or sth like that…  And the guy she would introduce to me must be a shanghainese speaking guy and I hate speaking shanghainese …

 

Well, tonight I went downstairs to have a 30-minute rope jumping.  Exhausted when I went upstairs.  When I jumped rope I noted that I was watched by an uncle.  He just watched me jumping till I stopped to change the songs in my MP4.  it was great fun when you were regarded as a high school student while the fact is that you’ve been working for years…The uncle asked me sth like, “ do you jump faster in school?  You’d better have a good rest. Do not be hard to yourself…” As I was listening to my favourite songs and did not hear him clearly, just replied that it was ok.  I was just practise my body endurable capability.

 

Stop by now.  It is very cold tonight.

Monday          Cloudy and cold

 

It was another bad luck day just like April Fools yesterday.  Thought it was freezing cold and windy I had to go to the warehouse to count the stock.

 

Everybody was quite busy.  They would be mad if there’s someone bothered them.  One normal after-closing day in our F&A Dept. and the normal day for the sales department is nothing more than a get-together chatting day…When you went to the rest room for a cup of tea or coffee, you could always see several sales gathering at the corner of the house, smoking while chatting happily which makes me angry—you know, our longevity is shortening by the second-hand smoking day by day and what’s more, our mood was ruined…

 

Accounting clerks are the logistic staff of the company, we are among the very busy and painstaking employees of the company, but get less bonus than the sales.  Of course, sales are also hardworking.  They create great value to the company, without them, there’s no future of our big family.  But we accounting clerks are also hardworking and we have to do more OT for the monthly close~~~

 

Anyway, I’d like to describe something happy.  I went home on time and had a rich dinner with my parents and the guests from Wuhan.  As it is very crowded for 6 guys to sleep in such a small house, my parents and I crowded into my little 6 square meters room to sleep.  Mum decided to sleep with me on my single-sized bed and daddy’s going to sleep on the floor.  I almost fainted but had to accept the idea~~~ Great Uncle hates my daddy’s snore and he would not sleep with his female cousin but to sleep with us in a small room…

 

Though very tired, I could not sleep.  I had to wait for my turn to use the bathroom.  Bothered by mum’s snore, stop by now~~~

April Fool’s Day          Rainy hard

 

A big joke we met from the God.  When we were on our way to Songhe Yuan of Jiading district to visit tomb of my grandma, it began to rain hard and the thousands of tomb-visiting vehicles made a larger traffic jam for us.

 

I don’t know exactly how much time we spent on the road, I only knew that it took us almost an hour to finish the trip from one straight road to the gate…

 

In the afternoon, we had a get-together lunch in the restaurant near where we live and my five-month elder sister told us, she would get married this May.  I congratulated her, but you know, I really don’t like the manner she took… Anyway, a rather tiring day…

 

My one-year younger sister went to my home and borrowed one set of comic books, 2 pieces of cartoon DVDs and a book for CET6 from me.  I’d like to share my treasure with those who knew the real value of them.  ^__^

数不清的奇遇……

 

所谓“奇遇”，对偶来说，就是平时遇不到，偏离了正常的事件。

今天是愚人节的前一天，不知是机缘巧合还是天数，今天遇到了许多不太正常的事情……

 

 

奇遇之一：打车……

 

九点不到出门，走到小吃店，按照惯例，买了枪饼一元当早饭。

边吃着边张望路上来来往往的车流。平时等不太到的非空调的760一部接着一部呼啸而过，这个时候倒有车了，为啥早高峰时段全是空调呢，我想……

 

新闻里“黑车”“克隆车”的报道使我不敢向远处跑来的陌生taxi空车招手，除了强生和大众外，我不太敢上其他的车。可是此刻，开过来的除了私家车外基本上是不知名的陌生taxi车流，或者有些车上已经有了乘客。

有些着急的我不得不往回走，走到路口总该有车了吧，我想……好不容易，终于打到辆大众的车。还没开口司机就用夹生的普通话问我去处，随便吧，十趟出门至少有九趟被“当地人”当作“外地人”，省心，俺就是喜欢说普通话……

 

好不容易的，在车上指路兼作导游的来到公司门口。司机问，以后买灯管就来找你啦，我倒……（同志们，车到目的地千万别集着离开，那个司机给我的20RMB找零是假的！）

 

奇遇之二：清账……

 

说道清账！！！这是我做到现在最为得心应手的一次月末清账！

没有停顿，没有任何疑虑，就听得嗒嗒嗒嗒嗒（之后的嗒省略……），非常迅速的，我就结束了手头的工作。回头望望同事们，一个比一个严肃，眉头深锁，惊呼连连。原来关账那天错放了很多单，此时不是客户帐面的钱不够就是将rebate、SA等重要的证明文件丢失了。

 

关账那天总是忙得晕头转向的，反正偶是老早就习惯了的，不然还咋地，我已经受够了清账的时候突然发觉某个客户钱不够时心理挖凉挖凉全身冷汗不断心跳加速的BT反应了……

这个月很不正常就是了，AR居高不下，临时特批不断，看似生意红火其实呢……

 

奇遇之三：晚饭……

 

在工作到下午四点半左右精神严重不振的时候，Stella突然提议大家一起去南翔吃小笼，就当作是她生日请客。大家都处于精神萎靡的状态，她的提议顿时受到大家的积极响应。Winnie说原来还觉得眼前白茫茫的一片，听到有小笼吃后两眼顿时大放异彩。

 

南翔有个最有名的百年老店，上次小汤的欢迎午餐就在那里。可是要说到具体的位置，没一个城里居住的我们知道。

 

在门口拦了一辆墨绿色的taxi，才发现车身上printed“奉贤”，原本打算叫辆嘉定的本地车熟门熟户的比较认识路，因为强风凛冽，我们一行四人一股脑儿地钻进车里。结果就是，司机不认识路，在下个路口我们四个又钻了出来。四个人中三个拿着笨重的手提电脑（为了吃，她们不惜将工作带回家……）还有一个六个多月的大肚子，在郊区偏僻的大马路上，在凛冽的寒风中伫立，真是可怜至极啊~当好不容易打到taxi时，个个激动地乱七八糟，哈哈……

 

奇遇之四：坐车……

 

我们去那个非常“牛”的百年老店时，里面的东西就卖到只剩下小笼和汤了。饥肠辘辘的我们，没有任何选择的余地，排队（绝对是排队，没有人来问你吃啥，百年老店就是那个“牛”啊~）了n久终于买到了小笼和汤。大家都对这顿晚餐赞不绝口，人在最饿的时候吃下去的原本就不错的东西后会发自内心地感到满足~~~

 

Stella买了几盒外卖小笼准备带回去给还在加班的同事吃，她、Miranda和我三个人一部车往回开，在公司门口房她们下去，让后我再从高速回家。尽管我们坐的车不是local的，但是司机或者说司机一家人和我们都有着拖不开的关系！！！（嘿嘿，写到这里，真想写：欲知后情如何，请听下回分解~~~不过，算了，今天偶心情好，哈哈哈厚）

 

当司机得知我们要去公司时，激动地说，他原来也在那里工作。就在我们觉得惊讶不已的时候，他说自己干了没两天就不做了，气氛一度往下陷。峰回路转地，可是，他说，我老婆在那里干了12年呢！于是，问题多著称的Stella开始向司机发问：什么时候进厂的，在什么车间做什么……

 

 

终于写完了~~~

对于非平常出现的事情，一定要详细记录，以后不小心翻阅到的时候才不会慨叹生活的平淡无奇…… ^__^
