It is a must to leave some words here.  Actually I would have forced myself to stop doing anything at hand yesterday to write my diary of this Tuesday and Wednesday, but as I had a bad cold and did not feel good for I encountered the so-called monthly “old friend” I could not do anything but lying on my bed and to sleep~~~

Well, anyhow, many things happened these 3 days, I can’t stand seeing them passing by without recording~~~ So, I would like to give a summary tonight at the condition that my belly and waist ached so much~~~

Tue & Wed

Our BC group had a short meeting yesterday morning.  Elsa told us that there would be an inner merger and our PESTCO would be PCI the next year.  So we would have a change of the accounting system.  She appointed me a very tough task—to get the last accounting month original AR reports with customers’ company chops prints back, because that we need these reports to be our statement to their basic information on the new system.  Anyway, I’ll try my best to fulfil my task~~~ (BTW, it is said that after this merger we can enjoy the special tax refund policy to PCI too, which means we need not to pay our personal income tax every month~~~ Great~!)

I forgot the exact day, but LittleLovely (kaximodo) asked me through MSN if she could introduce mea BF. -__-b  I curious about her attention.  You know, she’s single and kind of marriage-pursuing girl.  She told me that she just asked me without any evil thoughts… Ok, let it be.  No such topics again.  Why, many guys added me on MSN all would like to ask me such boring questions. Some of them even asked if I get married. (- -||| ) Maybe I should give my MSN a thorough clean during the holidays…

Today, Thursday

In summary, everyday now is very busy for it is our high season and you have to face endless lists and annoying customers. I almost lost my temper today when I received several calls from the same salesman from zhengzhou and our customer.  It is complicated to explain the measure we took to them, and they can’t understand our measure at all, so it is a terrible effort to talk with them.  With so many CIT lists, more lists for me to check and some colleagues would ask me to help sometimes, how I could control~~~  I know I should have been soft and more patient to them, but they really annoyed me~~~  It seemed that I was talking to the Mars…I was speaking something while they were speaking other things….

I planned to go to bed right after finishing this diary but luoxin sent me SMS and urgently suggested me to go online to discuss the changes of our activity.  I am very tired and it isn’t that convenient for me to go online.  (I have to drag one long telephone line from living room to my room~~~ it is impossible to be under my mum’s watch.  She dislikes me going online without  any reasons…)

So I phoned him directly and his changes to me are originally our plans.  Haha, he’s worried about nothing at all.  We have plenty of time to improve this newly will to be held activity.  There are 2 days to decide the material, to edit his post for popularization of this activity…

Because of the sickness, I did not go last training before National Day.  What a pity~!  I cannot see Janet tonight.  Should I practice YOGA instead of Karate?  I’m thinking about it.  You know, it’s hard to say good-bye to my karate friends.  They are so kind and interesting.

Monday again!  It is high season of our company, so there are always many CIT slips come from the fax and part of my workload is to input the key information of them into SAP.  It’s a mechanical work without any brain exercises.  But if it isn’t in such a hurry, I can enjoy my time just by typing.  Typing is one of my life-long habits.  I learnt how to type when I was a nine-year-old little child.

Finished arrangement of all the photos, I plan to upload them tomorrow of course on my special memorial diary in Chinese.

Luoxin the admin of PTS gave me one important task, to hold an activity on PUT and its main point is to improve others’ pronunciation.  I have some general frame of the activity really, without PBs and voice materials, it’s rather difficult to carry my project out.  It seems that I should contact him immediately to make some details clear.  Anyway, I’ll have to do such things tomorrow.  So stop by now.

Nothing special happened today.  I went to karate training like usual tonight and with CJean.  She accepted the job offer and tomorrow she’ll be an OL.  Actually I would like to take her job about a year ago, but unfortunately I didn’t get the offer at last.  Though she told me it isn’t a good job and she would never stop seeking for another better job, she only accepted the offer temporarily, I envy her.  You know I prefer to do her job and she prefers to do mine~~~ -__-b

When we had our training, we saw more and more freshmen came to the stadium to watch.  They had great interest in karate and we also invited them to go into the playground to have their first course with us, of course, they must take off their socks at first. 

Our coach was so excited that he just forgot the time to close today’s training.  I felt excited too, for I’m the oldest female schoolmate there ^__^ if it can be a reason~~~

Brought my digital camera with me, I took some scenery on my way to the bus station.  Guess what?  My MSN Space has been in existence for more than a year and it is the time to make a special memorial article.  Anything about my recent life can be written down in it, so I planned to take some photos by my newly-bought camera.

I don’t know why but I could not open my space today.  I tried many times but failed.  You know, it shocked me when I knew the others could open theirs’ and mine but it seemed that only I could not…  What happened then?  Were there some problems with the web?  I hope that I could open my space tomorrow.

I’ll take as many photos as I can these days and then upload them on my space.  Of course I would add my comments on them before uploading.

Winnie and I went to Karate training together this evening. We had our dinner at a small restaurant near our school.  We saw many freshmen tonight.  They are interested in karate ad someone even asked if they could take part in.  Well, I’m so glad to see the new comers.  (^__^ hahaha, I’m always the old comer…)  It’s another happy evening, Winnie and I all had a good time.  Though it took me 30 minutes to wait for a bus…At 21:30 I had to wait for the bus to com…Seeing the photos I took today made me happy and forgot the time…

去年9月11日，本人的MSN空间正式创立，到目前为止已经有一年又十天的时间了~一直都想在创立一年的时候写篇纪念的东东跟风一下下，无奈那几天非常的忙碌，只好拖到了现在……长话不短说，那个短话也不长说，开头之后直接进入正题，此乃开门见山……

也不知道纪念帖应该写点什么，跟风的后果就是毫无个人的独创性，哎~~~

好像前几天的日记开了天窗，这里就简要介绍下前几天的状况先：（哎，毫无灵感呀，写不出东西的时候是最痛苦的，对吧？）

9月19日，是个值得纪念的一天。早上登录普特没多久，突然发现我的状态变成了“版主助理”！之前已经知道自己会升助理，只不过回了putclub站长的短信息后就没有消息了好几天，以为自己资质还不够当助理，当不当是无所谓啦，就是觉得心里堵得慌，拒绝也得给个理由么呵呵。晚上回家的时候乐到不行，嘴里嚷嚷着：“我升助理了~！”家里人还以为我工作上升职加薪了呢，哈哈哈……

9月20日，真是个忙碌的一天呐~！CIT单子如雪片一样涌来，在下午的晚些时候，在我还要忙自己的工作，简直是应接不暇上气不接下气……周日大量的体能训练后造成我的大腿严重抽痛，上下楼梯像得了小儿麻痹症，走路时不时地会抽两下，到了20号抽痛得情况简直发展到了及至~~~！！！由于昨天收到了封邮件说人要是缺乏睡眠很容易造成过劳死，过度惊吓的我一回家没多久就倒头睡去，那个时候大概八点半不到吧……所以，昨天才没有日记，哎……么有办法，谁让我怕死呢，我一直都睡眠不足……

好了，要交待的已经交待完毕，下面，是精彩的照片~！为了纪念本人的空间创立一周年又十天，本人特别准备了精美绝伦的照片，供大家欣赏！哈哈哈……(大家一定要去相册的界面看照片，不然看不到照片上的留言！在我的网络日志相册中寻找……)

Another start of the week and with the sun after several rainy days, I went out my home without any good mood.  It means another my busy week begins and I have to surrender much of my study time to work.  ( -__-b  To squeeze time to study, it is one of my way…)

I did OT tonight and did not go home until it was after 19:30.  Actually Elsa’s on her wedding leave, Winnie went to one course this afternoon, the chance that Jane and I, both had to stay did not need to do OT was very slim.  So Jane and I did OT…

The lists always come in the late afternoon.  We usually can enjoy a rather leisure and happy noon, but when it’s near the last hour of the work time, our workload would always increases~~~ That’s terrible but our job feature decides we must have a busy late afternoon.

I found 2 new activities on PUT.  One in talk Show, it’s like reading comprehension.  After your reading the materials the creator pasted above, do answer some questions and use the key words in that reading material to make sentences.  Another activity is read and record the listening material, and then upload your record on the PUT.

Actually I recorded my first news script tonight and planned to upload it on PUT but I’m afraid my material would be a bit too large because I did only use my recorder system which was originally installed in my PC.

Stop by now, it’s very late.  A nice tomorrow is coming.  Tomorrow Elsa would be back~~~

It was a not too busy Friday, but Winnie still did OT that nght.  It seemed that there are always many lists come on Friday.  I received SMS from PUT’s creator—putclub, he asked me if I’d like to serve Talk show part to be an assistant to that part.  I accepted his invitation.

I got up very early last Saturday in order to have my medical examine on time.  I am always in bad luck. (in my dog years T__T )  When I went out of the metro station, I just lost my destination and after I walked for a long time did I suddenly realized that I had walked the opposite destination… So I spent about over 30 minutes to reach the hospital.  It was a horrible and dilapidated place~~~  Forget it, if I can and for good…

Last Sunday I went shopping on Linfen Road that is near where I live in order to buy birthday presents to Victoria and Clare.  They just invited us to dinner last several days ago, and it is my “duty” to convey my sincere gratitude to them.  At night, I went to my karate train with Cjean.  Though I did not finish the card I bought, I should start my train in school right now.  It was a terrible but happy training.  We did many exercises to recover our body ability.  The exercises were that violent, we just could not stop limbs shaking while we were playing “Taolu”.

So much to describe!  Time goes by, we should look forward.  ^__^  (OK.  I confess I’m too lazy to write all the things happened in detail…)

It’s rainy hard when I went to work and today my departure time was about 15 minutes late.  Though that it would be late if I walk to the bus station, I decided to walk directly to its next stop and it proved my decision a right one.

I received an e-mail to inform that my application was approved.  I claimed for returning the expenses I prepaid, including taxi fee when I did the OT and this time I added my MP fee.  I was told that our BC group could ask the company to pay MP fee for us because sometimes the salesmen or customers would contact us directly in our private time.  It is shamed to hand over my MP bill for repayment for the amount of the fee of two months is only 21.01…I really could not believe primarily when I saw the approval letter in my box that my application was approved~~~!

Generally speaking, it’s a leisure afternoon but a hellish morning.  Numerous money orders came so I had to key CIT consequently.  My logistics colleagues could not start their Team building until this afternoon so they sent me endless lists and urgently push me to check.  I finished my morning with a yelling stomach, which protested that I was really hungry.

Stop by now.  I found it’s quite difficult to go to zhongshan hospital, the place we’ll have our medical exam.  What I can do then?  To call a taxi?  It’s too expensive.  To walk to there?  Without breakfast, I’m afraid that I’d faint before I reach there…I’m thinking about this matter…

Rainy to cloudy        Wednesday

It was drizzle when I went out of my home, I walked slowly to the bus station with my umbrella while listening to VOA programs from MP3.  It is about a 25-minute walk and I regard it as an opportunity to do some exercise in the morning.  You know, it is hard to me to move except sitting in front of the screen almost the whole day while I’m at work.  I’ll keep this morning exercise for it is not only a good way to keep figure but also can save my bus fare everyday. ^0^~~~

This very morning when I arrived at office, telephone rang. It was from our sales manager in zhengzhou.  He asked me the credit condition about one customer.  After I told him that there have been numerous times that the arrival of that customer’s money always late to our bank account, he suggested that we can take actions to against such situation: we’ll only release their goods demanding lists at the condition that their money has already arrived at our bank.

Later this afternoon, when the regional sales manager knew that condition, Winnie thought he was in great anger that even decreased the amount of that customer’s credit limit, which downsize the risk to us but increased the cash burden on the customer.

During the lunch, Victoria mentioned that her birthday is coming and she would be very busy the next week but we all have no time this weekend…so it’s hard to fix the time to have a birthday celebration dinner with us.  Clare’s birthday is close to Victoria’s and without any plan, we decided to celebrate their birthday together tonight.  (I’ll describe the things happened tonight in Chinese soon…)

Sleepy now, so I stop by now.  It would be a nice Thursday, I won’t have much workload for my logistics in South region in Guangdong will have their Team Building tomorrow and there are none to make lists for me to check.  What an expecting tomorrow~~~

The holidays are coming~~~  I got the information yesterday afternoon that from Sep.30^th to Oct. 4^th and then from Oct. 6^th to Oct. 8^th we can have our nice holidays~~~!!!  My long-cherished holidays!  I’ve been working here for half a year without any annual holidays.  Of course I have at least 8-day annual holidays but I plan to use them after National Day.  After National Day the second-hand book market in university would be thrive.  So I’d like to go back school to buy some useful but cheap used second-hand books.  ^__^  Kakaka~~~ I like buying used books not only they are cheap but also you can find many important points underlined or signed already in the books.

I got the present for this coming Mid-Autumn Festival from my company: a ticket for taking a box of ice-cream moon cakes from Haagen-Dazs stores and the yearly body examination.  Actually, I would rather have another box of moon cakes than body examine~~~  It’s a big trouble to have body exam, though it’s part of welfare… In order to do body exam this Saturday, I’ll have to go zhongshan hospital very early and then to have nothing to do the whole day of course, I can’t go straight home, for I have to attend Elsa’s wedding banquet that night.

The later 3 number of my MP is 246.  I almost forgot to write them… Stop by now, it’s not a busy day, I hope tomorrow could be a leisure day~~~  ^__^

I sent Niuniu’s resume to Victoria this very morning.  I’ve done all I can do for her, I really hope that she could get the chance to have an interview. Though her manner and personality isn’t suitable to work in foreign company, I wish that we could work together, because we are dorm mates and she’s my friend.

Many friends from PUT added me today but it’s me who greeted them first.  I don’t know why they added me if they don’t want to chat with me in English, what the hell they added me one by one?  Only because they need some guy to fill their MSN lists?  I should delete my MSN information from the post in PUT Talk Show, which could decrease the number who would like to add me in the future…

I received a call this afternoon.  The girl from the other part of phone is from a hunter company.  She introduced something about her company and asked something about my recent working conditions.  As I have been working in this foreign company for about half a year, there is no personality that I would have my job changed to another company.  She asked for my MP and E-mail box so that she could contact me in future.  Though I don’t plan to jump ship within 1-2 years, to have more chance isn’t a bad thing, right?

I’d like to leave my MP No. to those who want to contact me offline.  Well, the first 3 number of it is 135.  Remember?  ^__^  I would give the rest in the coming few days.  I hope that my long term net-friends can get my MP No. not those who log on my space by accident or come to here several times a year~~~

A cold day today!  I wake up by the cold temperature.  I regretted that should have shut my windows last night otherwise I would not have pains in my elbow…

Niuniu sent me SMS this very morning to inform me that she had sent her latest resume to my mailbox. Victoria said yesterday that there’s a vacancy in her department and asked me if there are any of my classmates would like to work here.  I remembered that Niuniu has been working as an accountant in a small company for years and she complained for her little salary every time we met.  I sent her SMS afterwards ad knew that she’s already quit her job for her boss asked her to make fake account…If she could get the chance to interview and work here with me, that would be nice.

Luoxin1943 asked me to contact the Admin on PUT again tonight when we met on MSN.  I sent them messages from PUT and within a short period of time I got reply.  They said that they need sometime to think about the matter. Well, as the host of Talk Show quit his job there, there’s only one guy— Luoxin1943 administrates there.  It is urgent to find some assistants with him.  I don’t know if being an assistant should offer how much time on it.  Actually I write there almost everyday, and it won’t give me any trouble to go to there and administrate there.  ^__^  If I’m lucky enough to be accepted by the others, I’ll try my best to be even more active there.  After all, PUT club is my favourite website and a favourite place for me to write in English~~

What a day!  In order to do some exercises in the morning, I took a walk to go to the company bus station.  To my surprise, the temperature suddenly rose up with the terrible sunshine and I arrived at my destination with a lot of sweat~

I don’t know why but our bus driver would like to open the central bus air conditioner for a while and then closes it minutes later.  I wonder if such method could save him more gasoline… That’s why I felt very hot the whole morning~

Though I was ready to print AR Statement Reports, there’s something wrong in the format of the report, I had to stop my work and faced the endless waiting.

As the MSN space is not stable the phenomenon that you could not open any space websites appeared today.  I tried many times and all failed.  So I couldn’t put my yesterday’s diary on it in time and have to put two on here today. (if I can successfully open my space web page tomorrow. God help me~~~)

We had a long time lunch.  Actually I finished my lunch very early but I had to sit there with my colleagues.  They will have freely during lunch and regard lunch time their happiest time of a day.  But, it’s my misery.  After eating a lot, all I can feel is full and my habit of standing after lunch has already been given up~~~

In the very late afternoon, Elsa suddenly informed me that I could print AR reports~~~!  So I worked hard in the afternoon and being afraid of the time was not enough to use.  Winnie told me she would give part of her work to me, imputing CIT. I know there must be one day that my workload increases, but~~~ T__T

I should study harder and concentrate on what I study~~~  Tomorrow be another fruitful day, I hope!

Today’s main content is about the preparation work before you going to English corner.

As the public English corner is under the sun it’s important for you to use sunscreen cream before your trip.  ^__^  Bringing a bottle of water with you for fear that you are thirsty and cannot find the place to buy water.  Do not take much cash with you, for there are too many strangers there, and you cannot always have an eye on your bag.

Well, come to the main point.  You should have at least one subject/topic to discuss and take a notebook and pen with you for fear that there are strange words and so that you can get our partners’ information like MSN, QQ or MP so you may contact with each other in future.

When you arrive at the corner, the first thing you’ll have to do is not squeezing into a group to talk but to be a listener.  You may join several groups to have an ear of how the others chat and to evaluate others’ English level.  It is said that to practise oral English with those who are better than you in English can greatly improve your level. So you should find your better partner by observation.  If you do not want to waste time in observation, you’ll lose more time afterwards…

Do not try to squeeze into a group that is composed of many people.  You’ll find later that with so many people the chance of speaking out your what you want to say is very slim unless you can control the situation.  Small group with 3-5 people is good.

Mind you, not all the foreigners in English corner come from English speaking countries.  Sometimes they are learners like you too. It isn’t wise to practise with them if their English level is even below yours.  You know, there would be language obstacles between your communication and cultural shock as well.

Stop by now.  Tomorrow would be a busy day, I’m sure of that.  Hundreds of AR Statement Reports are awaiting~~  My holidays~~~where are you~~~ T__T

The main topic of today is about oral English.  How to improve oral English?  I think different people have different ways.  Mine contains two aspects: the accent (including tone & fluency) and the contents (including words grammar & some slangs).

Though even in English speaking countries there are dialects, which affect the communication, Mandarin as China’s official language is not popularised over all of the country, the right accent of English must be popular in English speaking countries.  The better you know the right accent, the better communication you’ll get.

The importance of the contents of what you’ll say is undoubted.  If your volume of vocabulary can’t afford you a common dialogue how can you practise oral English then?  You should establish a sound English level first and then you can start the journey to improve the oral part.

In order to have the right accent, my method is just reading aloud after tapes or mp3 materials.  I followed this method when I lived in school and of course it did work.  Once I took part in English speaking contest, though I did not performed well in final contest, because that I got stumbled at some phrases and above all I was very nervous, one teacher’s daughter who came from England said she attended the contest on the purpose of listening to my speech. ^__^ Of course, for the sake of reading aloud everyday I have the standard accent of British English.  Actually I don’t like casual American English~~~

Well, another aspect is the contents.  So you should study hard in English.  There’s no shortcut ahead, only the painstaking effort you’ll have to pay!  To read as much as you can is very important, only in that you can approach all the things in English and to write as much as you can is important too.  If you cannot use what you’ve learned into practice, what the purpose you should learn it at first?  Writing something valuable is not easy, but write anything that is within your limit down is quite easy.  Can’t you see?  Writing everyday just like me, you’ll find your success one day in the near future.  If you reluctant to do so, it’s all your business.  I have to say you are the master of your own and perhaps your methods are better than mine.  Shall we have an exchange sometime?  I really want to know your ways of writing.

After your having achieving the two aspects I mentioned above, it’s time to practise oral English.  You have the right accent and know how to express yourself and what to say, the next step for you to do (we just suppose your listening comprehension is good enough) is to overcome the cowardice deep inside yourself.  To encourage yourself to go to the English corners you know in universities or other places that are near or convenient for you to go.  If you can’t find any, try to use the chatting software and have a voice chatting online with your English partners.  To talk as much as you can is the key for you to improve the oral English.

I’d like to talk about the strange and changeable weather to start the diary.

When I started to pack for leaving, it was raining outside and when I went out with my umbrella the rain stopped at once.  It continued to rain hard suddenly when I arrived at the company bus station after half an hour’s walking.  And several minutes later when we went on the bus, we surprised to find that the road was dry~~~  I just could not believe my eyes~!  The amazing weather~~~

I met with iceberg on QQ.  He asked me whether I was busy and would like to have a chat with me.  Iceberg is a junior in Hubei, an English major.  We knew each other from one QQ group.  He’s talkative and naughty sometimes but the topic he talked with me today was serious and I just could not find the topic at all.  I’d like to help others to give them my objective advice and I’d like to analyse the things in an objective way.  If I’m fed up with English someday, I would choose to take psychology for a change.  A psychologist is also an ideal job for me though I know how to judge a person by his/her expression, the constellation, blood group and other little tests about personality, the unfamiliar and complicated theory of psychology stands in my way~~~

Another friend from PUT asked me that if I could write some English learning skills for him, especially the oral English and English listening.  We exchanged some methods of English listening.  He just does dictation and without seeing the right literal material afterwards.  I don’t think his way is helpful.  If you just dictate the listening material by yourself, the words you stumbled in it would be kept unknown forever, for you still don’t know or aren’t familiar to the accent about the word in material.  After the dictation, you’d better check your homework, single out the new words and then recite them—that can do you some help in listening.

As I did overtime work last Friday and Saturday, I did not get much time to write diary these days.  To responsible for myself (and the readers ^__^ ), I think I should write something happened on Friday Saturday and Sunday~

We received Elsa’s wedding banquet invitation last Friday when we had finished our work.  Actually, it’s my first time to be invited on an invitation.  I knew it’s unavoidable that you’ll have to give the new couple red bags on their wedding banquet… When could I get my money back?  My parents just asked me the question when I showed them the nice invitation I got~~~ Well, I don’t know and I’ve never thought about this… T__T

Last Saturday Judy a web friend from Chinadaily forum added me to her msn.  I saw her post on the forum and left my information there.  She’s a postgraduate from Fudan University and wants to find someone who lives near her University and would like to practice English.  We had a chat, though I was always the one being asked it seemed…  For one thing I was busy with my work and for another I’m not curious at all…  She has the intent to watch my karate train so we exchanged our MP so that we could contact with each other in future.

Yesterday, I went to karate train and found that our coach had gone to Japan to attend a condolence meeting of a famous karate expert.  The newly black belts, the noisy boy and another childish boy held the karate course.  They are below 20~~~too young and I don’t think their actions standard~~~Anyway, I just practised karate there for about 2 hours.  Without there I could find no place to do any exercises every week~~~

It is the last day of August and absolutely my bad luck day!

In order to avoid the crowded bus and take a walk as a rather rood morning exercise I walked all the way to the company bus station.  It took me 25 minutes to finish the itinerary and I arrived at the place with sweat all over.  How I hope that it could be winter so that I can run to the station with less time while warming my body as well.

The bus came on time, we got on the bus one by one.  I usually choose the row of two seats that are not taken, as there are only a few vacancies in the rear of the bus I went straight there and at that time the driver drove the bus so I slipped down with my leg being scratched on the ledge of one iron-structured seat… My trousers had been torn to a large hole and my lap was injured. 

Winnie accompanied me to the clinic (like first aid room) in company, the doctor there sterilized my cut and kindly suggested that I paste my torn trousers with some adhesive tape.  It seems that my bad luck has come back~~~  T__T

Cityan asked me why I did not write diaries these days~~~ Well, I remembered there’s another guy asked the similar question to me.  I really want to write everyday, but there are difference in want and can.  If there’s nothing or less meaningful things happened what can I write then?  Once I tried to write thoughts about the hot topics, but topics, are not easy to be found…

Try to dig out more topics, not only for enriching the contents of my diaries, but also that I can put them on PUT for discussion.

If I could have more time to do listening exercises, to read more books to draw~~~  Drawing, my favourite hobby…I did not draw a pic for years… What a pity!
